Your satisfaction is what we care.  Therefore, we offer a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days after you receive the products (except Worms). However, since the shipping charge is charged by a thirty part, we will not be able to refund it and we appreciate your understanding.

This return policy does not apply to worms. Worms are not refundable.
